By accessing or using Nxiora ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Nxiora provides a unified membership and operations management platform for organizations including schools, gyms, coaching centers, clubs, and other membership-based entities. Services include member management, fee collection, attendance tracking, batch scheduling, communication tools, and reporting.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your profile information current.

4. Organization Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Platform. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. You are responsible for ensuring your data complies with applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, transmitting malicious code, using the Platform for unlawful purposes, or interfering with other users' use of the Service.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. Refund policies are outlined in our subscription agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nxiora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
